Our high expectations plus the desire for instant gratification can lead to an unpleasant meditation experience. 🙁 Have you ever noticed that it’s easy to live for those peaceful moments in our meditations and begrudge the moments of struggle? While we want that instant gratification, it’s often those moments of struggle that lead to the greatest peace, if we can hang in there! Plus, a lot of amazing processes, such as stress release, occur in those moments when we want to scream and give up. In today’s vlog I talk about how our ego is creating those expectations and what you can do to release them!
