Today I’m sharing a little technique I use to boost my energy and optimism.
Which, let’s face it, is a great way to start our day or week … especially when we wake up feeling a little less than our best self. ☺ Or when we have an important day ahead and want to energetically start off with our best energy possible.
I consider this to be next level affirmation setting, and I always feel happier afterwards.
