I went on a spiritual retreat in March, and I want to share something that I learned about spirit guides while I was there, which I had never heard before, despite all the woo shit I’ve done/read.
And before I share, let me just say that I am already a big fan of using spirit guides for various purposes. Since reading about runner guides years ago, I have never had trouble finding a parking spot. My friends would even tell you I always find the best spots right in front, no matter the circumstances.
So, obviously, this new tidbit of info that my spiritual mentor shared during a channeling session got me very excited.
My understanding was that spirit guides are here to support and love us. But it’s actually more than that.
What I learned is that our spirit guides actually advocate for us.
They can help us bring us what we need, transcend the doubts we’re feeling and align with divine light.
Hey, light, Molly needs/wants this. Can we make it happen a little faster for her?
That type of stuff. While this word wasn’t used, I almost feel like they are negotiating on our behalf. LOL.
While we’re all born with one or more guides, our ability to access them can depend on how closely we are living in a space of love, truth, faith and balance. The more we are, the more we have access to our guide(s).
Soooo, don’t be shy, sisters.
If there’s something in your heart and aligned with your soul, petition your divine advocate so they can advocate on your behalf.
Because of free will, they can’t just do it on their own. Ask, pray, petition. Do your thing and see what unfolds as a team. ☺
